About the RoleAdvantis Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Travel RN in Neuro Trauma ICU. As a critical care nurse specialist, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care and make a positive impact on the lives of patients and their families.
This travel nursing position is available at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled nurse who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and has a strong commitment to the principles of nursing.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in Trauma ICU settings, with a focus on providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care to patients in the Neuro Trauma ICU setting, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to develop and implement patient care plans that promote optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in education and training programs to enhance your knowledge and skills in Trauma ICU nursing, ensuring that you remain up-to-date on best practices and evidence-based care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including medication administration, vital signs, and other relevant information.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 per year, based on a 36-hour workweek and 12-hour shifts. This salary may be adjusted based on individual circumstances and qualifications.
