Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee scaffold crews to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Safety Protocols: Maintain a safe work site, free of hazards, by monitoring compliance with project safety program requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Directly supervise scaffold craft personnel and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Administrative Duties: Perform tasks such as yard and job site inventory, safety meetings, fall plans, hazard analysis, payroll time sheets, equipment rental, return tickets, change orders, time and material tickets, bill of materials, and other site paperwork.
  • Qualification Requirements: High School Diploma, General Education Degree (GED), or equivalent. Requires excellent oral skills, strong leadership abilities, and the ability to present a clean professional image.
Work Environment

The employee must be available at non-traditional hours to complete projects according to contract or job requirements. The employee regularly works in high, precarious places, is potentially exposed to fumes, airborne particles, dust, non-weather heat, and toxic or caustic chemicals.

Physical Demands

The employee is frequently required to talk and/or hear, and/or use hands and fingers to handle or touch objects, tools, or controls. The employee is frequently required to stand, and/or walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move and/or pull up to 50 pounds (up to 100 pounds with assistance) of scaffolding equipment.
