Your Responsibilities

  • Build strong customer relationships by understanding their storage needs and offering tailored solutions
  • Enhance sales goals by assisting customers with unit rentals, rental insurance, and moving supplies
  • Guide customers through the rental process and contractual agreements
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility, including unit cleaning and general upkeep
  • Handle financial transactions with accuracy, including cash management and daily deposits
  • Work independently while fostering teamwork and collaboration with nearby locations
  • Manage multiple sites, including travel to local retail locations as needed

Your Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service roles (e.g., retail, hospitality, sales)
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
