Role Summary: We are expanding our associate program and seek a dedicated pre-licensed therapist to become a vital part of our clinical team. You will collaborate with skilled providers and supervisors to deliver evidence-based therapy to children and families, while also contributing to the development of our parenting programs and digital content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services to children and their families.
- Conduct initial assessments and monitor progress through clinical measures.
- Participate in individual and group supervision sessions.
- Utilize the Manatee platform for treatment planning and tracking client progress.
- Assist in translating clinical best practices into engaging therapeutic activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation and data within our electronic health record system.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to enhance our programs and services.
- Provide insights and feedback to product and design teams.
- Contribute to the growth of Manatee by leveraging your unique skills and experiences.
Qualifications:
- A genuine passion for working with children and families.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing therapy to children and families.
- Strong clinical skills with a focus on evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
- Availability to meet with clients in the afternoons or on weekends.
- Possession of AMFT, ASW, or APCC license in California.
