Job DescriptionThis PRN LPN opportunity allows you to provide quality care and support to our residents while enjoying flexibility in your work schedule. As an LPN with Glenwood Healthcare Center, you will have the chance to work closely with a team of experienced professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional care.
Your primary responsibilities will include assessing resident needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing interventions to promote optimal health outcomes. Requirements and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you must be a licensed practical nurse with a currently valid state license. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
