About the Role

VNA Health Group is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes or community settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and assess patients' speech and language needs, developing personalized plans to address their challenges.
  • Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote effective communication and swallowing skills.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Document patient progress, updating care plans and outcomes as needed to reflect changing needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, participating in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical expertise.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and CCC-SLP certification.
  • 2-3 years of clinical experience, preferably in community-based settings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations.
  • Valid NJ driver's license and reliable transportation.
