Job Summary:

Critical Connection, inc is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and working.

Responsibilities:
  • Treat injured, ill, or disabled patients through the therapeutic use of everyday activities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals.
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on proper techniques and strategies for daily living and working.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an AOTA accredited school of Occupational Therapy (OT) or a school approved by the World Federation of Occupational Therapy (OT) with preferably a Masters of Occupational Therapy (OT).
  • Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting preferred.
  • Occupational Therapist (OT) State licensure or be eligible for state licensure.
  • Current CPR card or certificate.
