Master Baker

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Baker to lead our baking operations at Nowhere Bakery Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily baking activities, ensuring high-quality products, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

• Lead and manage a team of bakers to achieve production targets and maintain quality standards.
• Develop and implement efficient baking processes and procedures to improve productivity and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and effective communication.
• Manage inventory levels, place supply orders, and coordinate logistics.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.

• 2-3 years of baking experience and at least 1 year in a kitchen management role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Excel or similar tools for tracking production data and inventory management.
• Knowledge of gluten-free or paleo baking techniques is a plus.
