Johnson 3 Medical Telemetry Unit Overview

Beverly Hospital's Johnson 3 unit is a 32-bed medical telemetry unit that provides compassionate and expert care to patients with stroke, cardio-pulmonary disorders, and acute infections, including sepsis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete thorough assessments, administer medications, and provide wound treatments to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop personalized healthcare strategies for each patient.
  • Support and educate patients and their loved ones to achieve maximum health outcomes.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
  • Basic telemetry experience or successful completion of Basic Arrhythmia Recognition and Care of the telemetry patient required within 6 months of hire.
