About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Hospice DME Branch Director to lead our team at National HME, Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our branches, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our patients. Your primary responsibility will be to manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service and timely completion of tasks.

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to a comprehensive compensation package, you will enjoy opportunities for growth and development within our dynamic organization. Key responsibilities of this role include managing branch operations, supervising staff, analyzing financial performance, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity. You will also be responsible for coordinating logistics, maintaining accurate records, and communicating effectively with internal stakeholders. To succeed in this position, you should possess a bachelor's degree in a related field and two years of industry experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficient supervisory skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently are essential for this role.
