Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized care to patients, promoting confidence and trust in a competent and caring manner.
  • Assist with hygiene and daily living activities, including toileting, bathing, and showering.
  • Support patients with meals as needed and ambulate, turn, and position patients as required.
  • Check vital signs and weight, and maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain specialized training and perform additional tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Active CNA License
  • Successful completion of a nursing assistant course or equivalent
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous hospital experience with acceptable references
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Prolonged periods of standing and walking
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds at times
