About the JobThe Catholic Diocese of Sioux Falls is seeking a skilled Director of Discipleship and Evangelization to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage our community, coordinating adult faith formation opportunities, and collaborating with parish leaders to analyze data for pastoral planning. To succeed in this role, you will need a deep understanding of Catholic theology, Scripture, and spirituality, as well as experience working in a similar capacity. A Bachelor's degree in Theology or a related field is required, with a Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred. Familiarity with Church documents and dynamics of Christian conversion, faith development, and disciple-making is also essential. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, health insurance, and dental coverage, as well as an estimated salary range of $62,000 - $72,000 per year.
