Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Site Equipment Technician to join our facilities maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective maintenance and operation of site assets, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and carpentry systems.

Responsibilities
This role involves troubleshooting and repairing mechanical systems, as well as conducting general upkeep procedures such as landscaping and painting. Key responsibilities include:
  1. Assuming management responsibility for all services and activities involved in the maintenance and operations of the venue.
  2. Planning, directing, coordinating, and reviewing the work plan for facility maintenance and operations.
  3. Participating in the development and administration of the Operation budget.
  4. Performing maintenance on electrical systems, including replacing light bulbs and receptacles.
  5. Conducting general upkeep procedures, such as landscaping and painting.
  6. Troubleshooting necessary repairs throughout facility concession stands on equipment.
  7. Able to operate a forklift.
  8. Maintaining knowledge of changes in pertinent Federal, State and Local regulations.
  9. Assisting with other event and operational tasks as needed to help the overall success of the building.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need a high school diploma (or equivalent) and operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team, with solid problem-solving skills and possession of Universal CFC license preferred.
