MRCO is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Team Member to join our team as a Service Champion. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing food, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take orders and prepare food to meet customer expectations
  • Assist in resolving any service or food issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain food-safety standards and ensure a clean and safe work environment
  • Perform cleaning duties, including the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant
  • Stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and stoop during 90% of shift time

Requirements

  • A clean and tidy appearance, good work habits, and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and pay attention to detail
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
