Position Overview
As a Registered Pharmacist, your primary responsibility will be to foster relationships with patients, ensuring their needs are met through safe, precise, and effective pharmaceutical care. Your role is crucial in delivering optimal outcomes for patients, team members, and the organization.

Key Responsibilities
This role encompasses a variety of essential duties to guarantee the accurate and efficient processing of all patient orders. You will:

• Stay informed about the latest medications, therapies, and advancements in the pharmacy sector.
• Comply with all organizational, state, and federal regulations, including HIPAA guidelines.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with external partners such as healthcare providers and vendors.
• Meet production targets and uphold quality standards as established by management.
• Guide and support new team members during their onboarding process.
• Administer vaccinations as required.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work atmosphere for all staff.
• Ensure the correct replenishment of medication in the system.
• Exemplify outstanding patient care practices.
• Verify the accuracy of filled prescriptions in accordance with company quality assurance protocols.
• Address and resolve any discrepancies in prescription orders.
• Facilitate the transfer of prescriptions as needed.
• Assist in inventory management and procurement of supplies.
• Maintain a clean and sterile workspace to comply with all regulatory requirements.
• Perform duties as needed in support of the Pharmacy Manager and technicians.
• Assist technicians with prescription interpretation and billing processes.
• Complete necessary documentation and understand the audit procedures.
• Achieve production metrics and operational objectives.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement meetings.
