Responsibilities- Practice independently in the community, delivering high-quality care to patients with diverse needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, constantly evaluating and adjusting to meet evolving patient needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in New York State.
- Minimum of one year nursing experience in a medical/surgical environment.
