Universal Banker

The Universal Banker position at Unity Bank is a dynamic role that requires excellent customer service skills and a strong understanding of the bank's products and services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, identifying their financial needs, and recommending appropriate solutions.

• Customer Service: Provide top-notch service to customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customers' financial goals and objectives, and recommend products and services that meet their needs.
• Sales and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to sell and cross-sell bank products and services, and actively engage with customers to promote our offerings.
• Branch Operations: Assist with daily branch operations, including cash handling, transaction processing, and maintaining accurate records.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and bank policies, and maintain a high level of integrity in all interactions with customers and colleagues.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Experience: At least 3-5 years of comparable retail experience, with a strong background in customer service and sales.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook, with experience in bank systems and software a plus.

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with moderate sound levels and occasional travel required for meetings and training.
