- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
- Assist with special projects as needed, such as renovations and new construction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including maintenance schedules and repair history.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems required; experience with HVAC systems a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
- Exposure to dust, noise, and other environmental hazards associated with maintenance work.
- May be required to work overtime or flexible hours to meet business needs.
