About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Houseperson/Shuttle Driver to join our team at Our TownePlace Suites Latham/Albany. As a key member of our housekeeping and maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and general appearance of public areas, including the lobby, hallways, and restrooms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of public areas, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
  • Transport guests in the airport hotel shuttle as needed, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience.
  • Clean rugs and carpets, and maintain storage closets with linens, towels, and cleaning supplies.
  • Assist in stocking room attendants' carts with supplies and perform various housekeeping and maintenance tasks as assigned by supervisor.
  • Perform light maintenance duties as needed, including tasks related to the shuttle and regular houseman duties.
Requirements
  • Hotel housekeeping experience is a must.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is essential.
  • Great customer service skills are required to provide a best-in-class hospitality experience.
  • A valid driver's license is necessary for shuttle driving duties.
