Position Profile
Weaver is in search of a Senior Audit Supervisor to join our Government team. A Senior Audit Supervisor at Weaver is a motivated team player who delivers outstanding service to clients throughout all stages of the audit process while also developing, training, and mentoring Associates and Senior Associates. This role involves close collaboration with firm leadership and plays a pivotal role in business development and firm administration activities.
Education and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- Master's degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred
- CPA certification with over 5 years of public accounting experience or its equivalent
- Strong relationship management and practice development capabilities
- Proven track record in managing, mentoring, and developing staff
- Exhibits independent thinking and robust decision-making abilities
- Possesses technical knowledge sufficient to oversee Senior Associates and Associates across various industries
- Experience and interest in working with Government clients
