  • Provide Excellent Guest Service: Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and personability in all interactions with guests, ensuring a positive experience in our bar area.
  • Serve Beverages with Precision: Follow all proper procedures for serving alcoholic drinks, including state and federal regulations, to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.
  • Upsell and Promote Products: Develop knowledge of various beer, wine, and spirits available and suggestively upsell products to guests to increase sales and revenue.
  • Manage Cash and Inventory: Accurately handle cash and manage inventory, including requesting additional product or restocking as needed.
  • Maintain a Clean and Sanitary Work Environment: Ensure the bar area is clean and well-maintained, adhering to company standards for cleanliness and sanitation.
Requirements
  • Experience: Six months or more experience bartending in a fast-paced environment.
  • Cash Handling Skills: Accurate cash handling skills and ability to manage cash and inventory.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Scheduling Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and long hours.
