Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and patient-focused Physical Therapists.

Your primary responsibilities will include evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients to help them recover from injuries, manage pain, and regain mobility.

Success in this role is driven by delivering exceptional physical therapy with quantifiable results. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care and consistently exceed industry benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality healthcare to our patients, ensuring positive outcomes and satisfaction with their therapy experience.
- Assess new patients to understand their medical and emotional conditions, then develop tailored care plans.
- Provide treatment and establish measurable, functional goals while addressing patient concerns regarding their injuries and progress.
- Educate patients on treatment options and home exercises to complement their therapy sessions.
- Supervise aides during their duties and ensure proper setup and cleanup.
- Monitor and reassess patient progress, adjusting care plans and goals as necessary for optimal outcomes.
- Address pain management as a critical aspect of care, employing techniques to enhance function and daily activities.
- Determine appropriate discharge timing for patients, teaching them proper mechanics and strategies to prevent future issues.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including evaluations, re-evaluations, discharges, and daily progress notes.
- Achieve a reasonable productivity level based on patient referrals and types.
- Participate in research initiatives and contribute to the development of protocols for common diagnoses.
- Provide input on policies and procedures to ensure the highest quality of care across all clinics.
- Handle patient feedback and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Commit to ongoing professional development by staying informed about the latest research and techniques, attending in-house CEUs, and utilizing continuing education allowances.

Qualifications:
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Valid Physical Therapy License
