Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing individualized care for patients with chronic kidney disease. Our mission is to prioritize patient care and well-being, and we seek motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Patient Care Technicians (PCTs).

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide care to patients with end-stage renal disease, supporting clinical staff throughout the dialysis treatment process
* Actively participate in infection control, risk management, and patient education activities
* Guide new patients through a comprehensive 120-day education plan
* Obtain and record patient vital signs and machine readings during treatment
* Set up and break down dialysis blood systems for treatment
* Insert and remove patient access needles
* Monitor patients during dialysis, document changes, and inform charge nurses of any concerns
