About the Position
The Aviation Maintenance Supervisor is a key member of Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC's aviation team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance activities of our aircraft fleet, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in aircraft maintenance and repair.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of mechanics and technicians to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
  • Conduct regular inspections of aircraft and equipment to ensure compliance with FAA regulations and industry standards.
  • Liaise with pilots, maintenance personnel, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of maintenance activities.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve safety and efficiency.

Requirements
  • Active and current FAA Airframe and Powerplant Mechanics certificate with current FAA Inspection Authorization required.
  • Four years of related work experience is required, preferably in a supervisory or management capacity.
  • Experience with Bell & Hiller helicopters is preferred.
