Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Home Health Care Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for administering skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services, teaching them and their families about various aspects of healthcare, and performing services in accordance with physician orders and established plans of care.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have a graduate degree from an approved school of clinical education, a valid state license, and at least one year of experience as a licensed professional. You should also possess basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device. Experience in Medicare home health or hospice settings is preferred.
