Job Title: Registered Nurse

Job Summary:
Equiliem is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Labor and Delivery. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for evaluating patients and assisting physicians with patient care. Your primary goal will be to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, implement, and document nursing care based on patient needs.
  • Identify patient needs and determine priorities for care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
  • Develop, implement, and coordinate individualized plans of care for patients assigned through initial and ongoing assessments.
  • Initiate assessments based on patient problems or needs, physician medical diagnoses, and functional health frameworks.
  • Perform therapeutic nursing interventions.
  • Manage patient care.
  • Document care based on standards of care and practice, patient acuity, and/or clinical priorities.
  • Advocate for evidence-based practice care standards and support adoption of evidence-based practices and innovations in care delivery.
  • Provide patient-centered care in alignment with professional nursing practice models.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Must be LDRP trained, including being able to circulate in the OR for a c/s, provide baby care, and take care of Magnesium Sulfate patients.

Requirements:
  • BLS-AHA certification.
  • NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • ACLS certification.
  • Advanced AWHONN or EFM certification.

Schedule Notes:
7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 3 x 12 hour shifts per week. Every other weekend required, 3/6 holidays required, and voluntary on-call requirement.
