A prominent client is in search of a Digital Commerce Analyst. This position is integral to the US Sales Order Management team, focusing on the maintenance and enhancement of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) sales transactions.
The selected candidate will deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders, facilitating automation processes. Additionally, this role involves managing our suite of Power BI dashboards, which provide essential order and inquiry data to support business insights and action planning aimed at enhancing customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
EDI Management
• Oversee salesforce cases related to EDI inquiries, modifications, and enhancements in accordance with established guidelines.
• Lead the remediation process for idocs, leveraging business process knowledge to collaborate with business owners and ensure timely resolution of issues.
This role requires sound decision-making skills and the ability to escalate complex requests to the EDI Business Lead.Project Coordination
• Assist in EDI implementations, including onboarding new customers and modifying existing setups within specified deadlines. Collaborate with external partners to conduct end-to-end testing for both inbound and outbound transactions.
Metrics Management
• Maintain and troubleshoot current Power BI dashboards that track order management digital capabilities (EDI, SFDC, JJCC, SOM). Work with regional and global partners to develop new metrics as necessary.

Qualifications:
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with EDI in the healthcare sector is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is preferred.
• Experience in metrics development is advantageous.
