Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodial Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all assigned areas, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for employees and visitors.

Responsibilities
  • Perform janitorial duties, including cleaning floors, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces.
  • Operate motorized cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners and floor buffers.
  • Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area, including emptying trash and recycling bins.
  • Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor immediately.
  • Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures at all times.
Requirements
  • No specific education requirement; 3-6 months training or experience preferred.
  • Minimum 6 months of custodial experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Working Conditions

This role requires working Monday to Friday, with shifts available from 7am-3:30pm or 3pm-11:30pm.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is $34,720-$40,320, depending on experience and qualifications.
