This role, which involves direct customer interaction, demands exceptional communication abilities and a robust technical background in system architectures, AI fabrics, hardware-software co-design, and connectivity technologies relevant to data centers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to identify needs and influence product features and roadmaps; co-design next-generation products aimed at optimizing data movement within hyperscale data centers.
  • Technical Guidance: Utilize your expertise in system and SOC architecture, PCIe/CXL/Ethernet technologies, AI Fabrics, and hardware-software co-design to guide the development of product features alongside internal teams.

Essential Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering; an advanced degree (MS/PhD) is highly desirable.
  • Over 10 years of experience in creating high-speed connectivity solutions for data centers (PCIe, Ethernet, CXL, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to convey technical concepts, influence decision-making processes, and develop compelling business cases.
  • Comprehensive understanding of chip design principles, data center system architecture, and integrated solutions from silicon to application.

Preferred Experience

  • Expertise in designing high-performance interconnect solutions utilizing PCIe and CXL protocols.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with AI fabrics.
  • Experience in full-stack software development.
  • In-depth understanding of hardware development from board to system-level design.
  • Strong proficiency in benchmarking and performance optimization.
  • Participation in connectivity organizations such as PCI-SIG, OCP, JEDEC, and/or CXL is advantageous.
