As a Financial Advisor within Schwab Wealth Advisory (SWA), you will be part of a premier, fee-based, and non-discretionary investment advisory service, offering clients a personal relationship, specialized support, and continuous guidance based on Schwab's investment philosophy. You will directly influence the lives of clients, working as a fiduciary within a dedicated Schwab Wealth Advisory team to provide an exceptional client experience. SWA's advisory philosophy will enable you to utilize a wide range of products (such as stocks, bonds, ETFs, mutual funds, separately managed accounts, and options trading), equipping you for success in helping clients manage intricate portfolios and achieve their financial objectives. You will grow within an experienced, collaborative team while strengthening relationships with various partners, including industry-leading advisors. What you have

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Active FINRA Series 7 license
  • Active FINRA Series 66 license (or to be obtained within the first 120 days)
  • Three or more years of advisory experience
  • Five or more years in the financial services sector working directly with clients
Preferred Qualifications
  • CFP or CFA designation
  • Exceptional relationship management and client retention skills
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities, with a keen attention to detail
In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
