Job Opportunity: Marine Mechanic

Tradesmen International is seeking a skilled Marine Mechanic to join our team of experienced professionals in Newport News, VA. As a Marine Mechanic, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining boat engines, propellers, and other marine equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Repair and maintain boat engines, including replacing propellers and fixing transmissions
  • Assemble and install steering devices and perform intake repairs
  • Clean and maintain boat engine parts and oversee electrical systems maintenance
  • Update repair records and ensure compliance with safety protocols
Requirements:
  • Tools for the trade and proper personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • OSHA 10 certification preferred
