We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Intermountain Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Utilize the nursing process to coordinate care with other healthcare team members.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in clinical team conferences to discuss patient care and share best practices.
- Comply with hospital, regulatory, and professional guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
- Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS-HCP) certification upon hire or obtained within 60 days of hire with prior approval.
- One year of licensed RN experience in an Emergency Department required.
