Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing, to ensure all assigned areas are clean and sanitary.
  • Handle and dispose of waste in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a clean and organized facility, and provide excellent customer service to residents and staff.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a cleaner or housekeeping aide is preferred, but not required.
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, and ability to work with little supervision.
  • Physical stamina and mobility to perform tasks requiring bending, kneeling, and lifting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
