Job Summary

Asphalt Specialists, Inc. is seeking a skilled Screwman Paver Technician to join our team for the 2024 season. This is a seasonal position that requires a strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform physical labor at construction sites, including laying asphalt on roads, driveways, parking lots, etc.
  • Work with a paving crew to maintain consistent head of material and adjust as needed.
  • Follow directions of Foreman as to daily tasks and expectations for each specific project or job site.
  • Work with Paver Operator to ensure efficient completion of jobs to the highest customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a screed operator.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from the job site.
  • Ability to work on Saturday and Sunday.
  • Willingness to work overtime.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
