Job Summary:

As a CNC Helper at Snap-on, Inc., you will be responsible for assisting in the operation of CNC Lathes and Mills. This role involves performing general shop duties and assisting in the production process. The ideal candidate will have basic machine operating skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the operation of CNC Lathes and Mills
  • Perform general shop duties, including cleaning and organization
  • Assist in the production process, including material handling and inspection
  • Work in a team environment to meet production goals

Requirements:
  • Basic machine operating skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and teamwork skills

Working Conditions:
  • Work in a shop environment with exposure to machinery and tools
  • May be required to work overtime, including second shift

Salary Range:
$18.50 plus $2 for second shift (SECOND SHIFT ONLY - Monday - Friday 2 PM to 10:30 PM possible overtime)
