Position Details:
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Morning Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM - $20 per hour
- Swing Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM - $20 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and provide technical guidance to material handlers to ensure the efficient movement and management of inventory.
- Conduct physical material handling tasks, including counting, packaging, stock rotation, and part identification.
- Ensure timely and accurate inventory control within your designated area.
- Balance team resources to optimize output and meet production schedules.
- Monitor performance metrics and assist in achieving team objectives.
- Compile and analyze data to identify process improvements.
- Collaborate with planning teams to manage operations and schedule rework orders.
- Inspect incoming deliveries for quality and accuracy.
Essential Functions:
- Work in a smoke-free environment
- Wear steel-toed footwear
- Lift up to 50 lbs manually
- Stand for extended periods
- Potential for up to 2 hours of overtime weekly
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in drilling, assembly, and packaging
- Strong lifting capabilities
- Bilingual in Spanish is required
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Entry-level position available
