About the PositionThe Facilities Administrator will be responsible for leading our facilities team and ensuring seamless operations at Saratoga Medical Center. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional to make a meaningful impact in our organization.

As a key member of our facilities team, you will oversee business operations, project management, and human resources, with a strong emphasis on Six Sigma principles and project management certifications. Your expertise will also include managing teams of 30 personnel or more, ensuring that all facilities-related tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of work experience in on-site managerial and leadership roles, managing teams of 30 personnel or more.
  • Six Sigma certification at the Green Belt level or higher, or equivalent project management certifications.
  • A relevant degree in healthcare, education, management, business/administration, or behavioral science.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a hospital, retail pharmacy, or doctor's office, with a minimum level of associate facility administrator or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around $85,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes paid time off, holidays, and a comprehensive health insurance plan.
