- Lead project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Manage cross-functional technical resources and funding sources.
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders regularly.
- Facilitate project meetings and communications.
- High school diploma and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Exceptional communication and project management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
- Customer service mindset and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with remote team members.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, and Scrum certifications.
- Experience with Agile development practices and project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with open-source technologies and tools.
- Experience working in an academic research environment.
- Technical experience with web and mobile-based technologies and development tools.
The anticipated hiring range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000. This is a 3-year term-limited position. The selected candidate will be required to complete a background check prior to their first day of employment.
