About the Job

We are looking for a highly skilled Grading Foreman Specialist to join our team. As a Grading Foreman Specialist, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of grading crews, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

  • Supervise and coordinate activities of grading crews.
  • Maintain accurate records of progress, including time and materials reports.
  • Collaborate with superintendents to develop and implement project plans.
  • Monitor crew performance and provide coaching for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A valid driver's license.
  • A minimum of three years of experience as a Grade Foreman in the heavy highway industry.
  • A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • The ability to understand and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.
