About Us

Wells Pharmacy Network is a 503B FDA Registered Outsourcing Facility dedicated to the production of sterile implantable hormone pellets.

Job Summary

The pharmacist will be responsible for ensuring the safe and accurate dispensing of medications to the public, adhering to all state and federal laws pertaining to the practice of pharmacy, and complying with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret clinical data to ensure accurate medication dispensing.
  • Conduct final inspections of packaged drugs prior to dispensing to patients.
  • Oversee and supervise the activities of pharmacy interns and technicians.
  • Retain professional and personal responsibility for delegated tasks performed by interns and technicians under supervision.
  • Review and verify controlled medications received from drug wholesalers.
  • Accurately and timely complete required documents, forms, and reports as outlined in the company policy and procedure manual.
  • Participate in the pharmacy's continuous quality improvement program.
  • Maintain the prescription department as clean, safe, and secure.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy.
  • Clear and active pharmacy license issued by the State of TN Board of Pharmacy.
