Central Carolina Hospital is seeking a skilled MRI Tech-PRN to join our Radiology team. In this role, you will perform magnetic resonance imaging procedures and produce high-quality images for interpretation by a radiologist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform MRI procedures according to departmental protocols and established standards of practice.
  • Assess and monitor patients, providing appropriate care and ensuring their safety during the scanning process.
  • Screen patients for contraindications prior to scanning and demonstrate competency in MRI safety practices.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in a relevant field.
  • ARRT Certification in Radiography, with ARRT Certification in MRI required within six months of hire.
  • American Heart Association BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
