- Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in nursing management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, physicians, and other stakeholders.
- Knowledge of healthcare financing, strategy, and operations, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality, safety, and patient satisfaction.
