Key Responsibilities- Administer medications accurately and in a timely fashion.
- Document resident care according to nursing practice standards.
- Provide physical comfort and a safe environment for residents.
- Initiate, implement, and evaluate care plans/MDS on an ongoing basis.
- Accurately complete admission and discharge procedures.
- Coordinate staff and resident care to meet resident needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.
- Requires licensing as a Registered Nurse licensed to practice in the State of Connecticut.
- 2 years of full-time clinical experience in nursing is required.
- Must be able to speak, read, and write the English language in an understandable manner.
- Competitive pay rates: $40.00 p/h + shift differentials ($2.00 p/h weekday evenings, nights & weekend days, $3.00 p/h weekend evenings and weekend nights)
