Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough storm damage assessments to identify areas requiring cleanup and restoration
  • Perform general cleanup, demolition, and restoration work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Operate heavy equipment and power tools to facilitate efficient cleanup and restoration
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and meet customer expectations
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor in a variety of weather conditions
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to ensure effective collaboration with colleagues and customers
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and frequently reach, bend, carry, and balance items
