Job Title: Sterile Processing Specialist

Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sterile Processing Specialist to join our team at Beacon Orthopaedic Partners MSO LLC. As a Sterile Processing Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining instruments and equipment in an optimal fashion, preparing instrumentation, sterile supplies, and OR and RR equipment for surgical patients and physicians.

This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication and teamwork skills. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, CPR certification, and two years of satisfactory previous employment in central sterile processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain instruments and equipment in an optimal fashion.
  • Prepare instrumentation, sterile supplies, and OR and RR equipment for surgical patients and physicians.
  • Assist with turnover time in the Operating Suite.
  • Clean, wrap, and sterilize instruments.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor.
