- Manage patient flow and coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure continuity of care through discharge planning and coordination with community resources.
- Monitor and evaluate patient responses to interventions and make adjustments as needed.
- 2 years of direct experience as a Registered Nurse.
- RN licensure in New Mexico or reciprocal agreement.
- CPR for Healthcare/BLS certification.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
This position requires working in a hospital setting with occasional exposure to minor hazards, including physical risks, dirt, dust, fumes, and noise.
This is a light work position, requiring up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and up to 10 pounds of force frequently.
