Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections to ensure systems and components are functioning correctly.
  • Identify and isolate issues within systems or components.
  • Perform test drives to evaluate vehicle performance and check fluid levels.
  • Ensure proper tire inflation and maintain cleanliness of fittings.
  • Replace oil drain plugs and filters, and communicate oil levels to team members.
  • Maintain high standards of efficiency and accuracy in vehicle diagnostics and repairs.
  • Proactively repair or replace worn components to prevent vehicle breakdowns.
  • Utilize power tools, machine tools, and hand tools effectively for various tasks.
Required Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems and quick diagnostic skills.
  • Excellent analytical and communication abilities with a desire for continuous improvement.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and repair methods.
  • Proficient in using electronic diagnostic tools.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • ASE Certification or Technical degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a service department.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
