About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as a Retail Store Associate. As a key member of our store team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive and engaging experience in our store.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right products and services, providing expert advice and guidance as needed.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, ensuring that customers receive the best possible advice and recommendations.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
  • Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
  • Previous experience selling paint and paint-related products.
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language.
