- Coordinate and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive and integrated care.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and educating patients and families on health management.
- Monitor patient progress, making adjustments to care plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Current RN licensure in Virginia or North Carolina.
- 2+ years of experience in home health or medical-surgical nursing.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
