Key Responsibilities:

  • Obtain and review all relevant information provided by clients to ensure accurate and timely completion of financial statements.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Prepare financial statements, including Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and Statements of Cash Flows, to ensure reports and conclusions are accurate and well-documented.
  • Manage daily activities and procedures performed by staff-level associates, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement processes, checklists, work plans, and approaches to completing client deliverables, ensuring high-quality results and efficient workflow.
  • Support the implementation of special projects to improve the department and the firm, driving innovation and growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional service role, preferably in accounting or finance.
  • CPA certification or progression towards securing CPA required.
  • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and/or IRS regulations.
  • Working knowledge of relevant computer applications, including Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.
